Digging Deeper- challenges teachers face

I feel like administrators often blame teachers and the teachers often blame the administration for the problems that occur in elementary schools today. Why are we always blaming each other? It is so frustrating to me that the expectations of students are different at every school. Some administrations do not care about the individual success of the students, but rather the overall test scores. Other administrations acknowledge each students' academic achievement. It is hard for teachers to not only have to do what is best for the students, but please their administrative team. Many administrators have unrealistic expectations of teachers. Some teachers are very lucky to have a supportive administrative team, while other teachers do not. Teachers need support from administration!
